PAYMENT METHODS

Payments can be made using Visa/MasterCard payment cards, as well as Apple Pay. Settlements are possible in euro currency. Payments are safely processed using Stripe.

DELIVERY

Digital products. Due to the nature of digital downloads, all orders are shipped immediately after payment confirmation. Once the purchase is done, you will have an option to download the file of your print.

Physical products. After receiving the payment confirmation, the products will be sent within 48 hours and delivered within the terms specified by the DPD courier or Post office.

We ship to any country in Europe. If your country is not on the list please contact us via email and we will be happy to find the best delivery solution to your place.

The standard delivery in Lithuania takes 2-5 working days.

The standard delivery in other countries in Europe takes 9-15 working days depending on your country.

Products are delivered to you through DPD delivery company or Post office. 

RETURNS

Digital products. Due to the nature of digital products, we cannot issue a refund once the files have been downloaded. However, we will consider granting a refund that meets certain internal criteria (e.g. duplicate order), and will grant refunds at our reasonable discretion. However, we will go out of our way to ensure that you are happy with your purchase!

Physical products. Physical products can be returned within 14 days from the day of the receipt. The following conditions must be met when returning our products:

1. The returned product must be unused, without losing its commercial appearance, in its original, neat packaging;
2. The product must be not damaged by the Buyer;
3. The returned product must be of the same configuration as the one received by the Buyer;
4. We have the right to refuse to accept the goods returned by the Buyer if the conditions above for returning the goods were not met.
